Wrocław East Logistics Centre is located 10 kilometres northeast of the city centre. The complex is situated close to national road 92, which ensures easy access to S8 expressway (10 kilometres away). An undoubted advantage is the location in the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone „Invest Park”. The logistics park offers more than 23,000 square meters of A-class warehouse space. Modern social-office units are available upon tenant’s request. Loading docks and drive-in-doors provide direct access to the storage areas.
