Hillwood Zgorzelec

Hillwood Zgorzelec is located in Lower Silesia, close to the crossing border. The complex is situated in the immediate closeness of Zgorzelec junction of A4 highway, which allows for efficient distribution of goods in the south-western parts of Poland and to Germany. In addition to this, the property is perfectly visible from the highway. The park comprises of five buildings of more than 200,000 square meters. Social and office units are available upon tenant’s request. Only 50 hectares are covered by the facilities, therefore there is still lots of space outside to be used by customers. The buildings are equipped with fire protection system including smoke vents, ESFR sprinkler system but also LED lighting and skylights being a source of natural daylight. Parking places for trucks and cars as well as 33 m deep truck courts for manoeuvring are available on the premises.
