Panattoni Park Wrocław East

The new industrial space at Panattoni Park Wrocław East is a response to the dynamic economic development of the Lower Silesia region and expansion of the local road infrastructure. The park in Dobrzykowice is the company's first investment east of Wroclaw.The town is located by the Wrocław Eastern Ring Road, which is under construction, and the already existing section connects Dobrzykowice with Żerniki Wrocławskie. The bypass will provide an efficient connection to the S8 route, which links the key logistics centers in Poland: Wrocław, Łódź, Warsaw and Białystok, as well as with the A4 freeway, providing efficient communication from west to east through southern Poland.Panattoni Park Wrocław East envisages construction of a warehouse facility covering over 24,000 m2. The architectural design of the park can be flexibly adjusted to the tenant's needs, both in terms of technical specifications and the surface area of individual production, warehouse, staff and office facilities. The park offers spacious maneuvering areas, parking lots and entrance gates from the „0” level. It is BREEM certified at the „Very Good” level.
