Panattoni Park Wroclaw VIII (City Logistics Wrocław I)

Panattoni Park Wrocław VIII (City Logistics Wrocław I) is located in the south-western part of Wrocław at Kwiatkowskiego street. The complex is situated close to two transport nodes - the intersection of the S8 expressway with the A4 highway and national road 5 with the A4 highway. This makes it well connected with the largest national cities. An additional advantage of the park’s location is the close vicinity of the city center (10 kilometres) and Wrocław-Strachowice Airport (11,5 kilometres). The distribution centre comprises of six buildings of total 97 560 square meters. The buildings are equipped with central heating and ESFR sprinkler system. What is more, the park offers ample parking places for cars, truck courts for maneuvering, loading docks and numerous entrance gates to all buildings that are a part of the logistics complex.
