Logistic Center Krakow I is the first warehouse facility built by Capital Investment Office. The building, which was put into operation in 2000, has a total area of 10,000 sqm, of which 8,000 sqm is for storage purposes and the remaining 2,000 sqm for social and office purposes. The warehouse area has been divided into four independent segments that can function independently. The building houses the headquarters of the Capital Investment Office.The facility is located in the south-eastern part of Krakow, in the industrial district of Płaszów - Rybitwy, on Albatrosów Street. The facility is less than 8 km from the center of Krakow, access to the center is via a four-lane road. At the same time, at a distance of 5 km from the facility runs the A4 highway, connecting Rzeszow with the western Polish border, which is also accessible via a modern four-lane road. The location of the Krakow I logistics center creates very good conditions for companies interested in distributing their products / goods in Krakow and the surrounding area.
