Logistic Centre Cracow I

Logistic Centre Kraków I is located in the south-eastern part of Kraków, 7 kilometres from the city centre, in the industrial district of Płaszów-Rybitwy. The park’s location ensures quick access to S7 expressway, 3 kilometres away, and A4 highway, which links Kraków with Rzeszów and western border of Poland. The complex is an ideal place to conduct distribution operations within Kraków region and in the suburbs. The logistics centre comprise about 10,000 square meters. Fully air-conditioned office and warehouse units are available upon tenants’ needs. The buildings are equipped with modern technical solutions such as loading platforms and own TRAFO station, which provides the optimal amount of electric power. Wide truck courts for manoeuvring as well as parking places for trucks and cars are available on the premises.
