The complex is located in Kraków, approximately 7 kilometres from the city centre in the industrial district of Rybitwy. The park is situated by Surzyckiego street, around 4 kilometres from the S7 expressway and 6 kilometres from the A4 highway, which ensures efficient traffic connection to the city centre and to other regions of Poland. The warehouse facilities are equipped with fire protection system including smoke vents, ESFR sprinkler system as well as skylights being a source of natural daylight. 24-hour on-site security service and CCTV at the main gate ensure the safety of the park. Parking places for trucks and cars are available on the premises.
