Witek Airport Logistics Center

Witek Airport Logistic Center is located in Morawica, approximately 16 kilometres from Krakow’s city centre. The complex is located close to the A4 highway connecting eastern and western Poland and in the immediate closeness of the International Airport Kraków–Balice. Such location guarantees efficient distribution of goods within Poland and outside the country. The distribution centre offers 12,500 square meters of A-class warehouse space. Upon tenant’s request it is possible to build a mezzanine, which can be used as office unit. The buildings are equipped with fire protection system including ESFR sprinkler system, loading docks and drive-in-doors. Parking places and wide truck courts for manoeuvring are available on the fenced premises.
