Panattoni Park Rzeszów Dworzysko

Panattoni Park Rzeszów Dworzysko will be developed 10 km to the north-west of the centre of Rzeszów. It will be located in close proximity to two major junctions: an interchange of national road 94 and the S16 expressway, and the Rzeszów North interchange of national road 9 and the A4 motorway. Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport, located just under 12 km away, is another advantage of this complex. The industrial park will consist of two buildings with a total area of approximately 56,000 sq m. It will be fenced and provided with round-the-clock security services. The warehouses will feature gas heating, skylights, smoke ventilation windows and ESFR sprinkler systems in addition to ample car and truck parking spaces, and loading docks.
