Park Logistyczny Rogoźnica

Logistics Park Rogoźnica is located 11 kilometres north of Rzeszów. The complex is situated close to national road 9 and 3 kilometres from the intersection of the A4 highway/S19 expressway, which allows for efficient distribution of goods within Poland and outside the country. An additional advantage is the proximity of Rzeszów-Jesionka Airport (5 kilometres away) and Special Economic Zone. The logistics centre offers 13,000 square meters of warehouse space with additional 21 000 sqm of development potential. The complex is equipped with fire protection system including sprinkler system, fire hydrants and gas central heating. What is more, the building has drive-in doors and loading docks. Parking places for trucks and cars and deep truck courts for manoeuvring are available on the premises.
