Alliance Silesia Logistics Center

Alliance Silesia Center Czeladź is located in Silesia, in Czeladź, approximately 10 kilometres from Katowice city center. The complex is situated close to the intersection of national roads 86 and 94, which provides easy connection to other towns in the region, but also to the junction of A4 highway located 11 kilometres away. What is more, there is just 21 kilometres to Katowice-Pyrzowice Airport from the park.

The logistics centre comprises of eight buildings of total 90, 000 square meters. Social and office units are available upon tenant’s request. The warehouse facilities have fire protection system including sprinkler system, but also loading docks and drive-in-doors. Parking places for trucks and cars as well as truck courts for manoeuvring are available on the premises.
