BIK Park Sosnowiec II currently consists of warehouse hall no. 5 with a storage area of 11 500 m2, part of which is a cross docking warehouse. The complex will be expanded by another hall (no. 6) with 14,000 m2. It is possible to adjust the size of the modules to the individual needs of the tenants. Commercialization of the space under preparation is currently taking place.Phase II of the property will be available for tenants 8-9 months afer signing the lease.
