GLP Sosnowiec Logistics Centre

Sosnowiec Logistics Centre is located in Upper Silesia, 9 kilometres from Sosnowiec city centre. The complex is situated by the S1 expressway and only 5 kilometres from the A4 highway linking eastern and western part of Poland. What is more, the park is well-communicated with Katowice-Pyrzowice Airport (32 kilometres away) and A1 highway. An additional advantage is the possibility to receive property tax exemption. The logistics centre comprises of three buildings of total 94,700 square meters. The warehouse facilities offer both social and office units. The buildings have gas central heating, but also fire protection system including ESFR sprinkler system and smoke vents. Parking places for cars and trucks as well as truck courts for manoeuvring are available on the premises.
