Hillwood Częstochowa Zachód will be located in Gruszewnia, about 11 kilometres northwest of Częstochowa. The complex will be situated in the immediate vicinity of expressway no 43 and only 4 kilometres from the currently constructed A1 highway section/ Częstochowa ring road. The logistics centre will comprise of one building of total 24,879 square meters. High standard social and office space will be available upon tenant’s request.
