Logicor Gliwice I

The Logistics Centre Logicor Gliwice is located in Upper Silesia, in the southern part of Gliwice, approximately 5 kilometres from the city centre. The complex is situated close to Sośnica node linking A1 and A4 highways and national road 44. Such location guarantees efficient logistics operations to northern, western and eastern part of Poland. The logistics centre comprises of three buildings of about 22,000 square meters of space. The complex offers both social and warehouse units, which can be adapted for different types of activities including storage of goods and light manufacturing. Moreover, one of the buildings has been designed as „crossdock”, which ensures quick and efficient loading processes. 24-hour monitoring, but also fire protection system including ESFR sprinkler system and smoke vents ensure the safety of the facilities. Parking places for trucks and cars as well as truck courts for manoeuvring are available on the premises.Building 3, which is 6,100 sqm, is planned space, available 6 months after signing the contract.
