Logicor Gliwice II

The Logistics Centre Logicor Gliwice is located in Upper Silesia, in the southern part of Gliwice, about 4 kilometres from the city centre. The complex is situated close to Sośnica node linking A1 and A4 highways and national road 44. Such location guarantees efficient logistics operations within Silesia Agglomeration and with other regions of Poland. The logistics park comprises of two buildings of total 22,000 square meters of space. Social and office units are available upon tenant’s request. The buildings have 24-hour on site security service, monitoring, fire protection system including ESFR sprinkler system and smoke vents as well as skylights being a source of natural daylight.
