Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała III will be located in Silesia, approximately 7 kilometres northwest of Bielsko Biała city centre. The warehouse facilities will be situated near S52 expressway and about 4 kilometres from the intersection linking Bielsko-Biała with Silesian Agglomeration and A1/A4 highways. An additional advantage of the park’s location is well connection with Czech Republic and Slovakia thanks to the close vicinity of S52/S1 expressways. The logistics park will offer two A-class buildings of total 32,000 square meters. Social and office units as well as tailor-made warehouse-industrial space are available upon tenant’s request.
