Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska I is located in centre of Upper Silesia region, in Ruda Śląska. The warehouse is situated close to the DTŚ Route (Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa) linking Gliwice with Katowice. What is more, there is only 6 kilometres to A4 highway and 11 kilometres to Gliwice Sośnica junction of A1 highway from the park, which ensures perfect transport connection with other regions of Poland.The distribution park comprises of 34,000 square meters. The complex offers both office and warehouse units, which can be adapted for different types of activities including storage of goods and light manufacturing. Access to the warehouse is provided by drive-in-doors and loading docks. What is more, the facility has fire protection system including ESFR sprinkler system and smoke vents.
