Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska II will be located in centre of Upper Silesia region, in Ruda Śląska. The warehouse is situated close to the DTŚ Route (Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa) linking Gliwice with Katowice and A1 highway. An additional advantage of the park’s location in easy access to A4 highway, which ensures fast transport connection to eastern and western part of Poland. The distribution centre will comprise of one building of total 22,500 square meters. Tailor-made office and social units will be available upon tenant’s needs. The warehouse will have fire protection system including ESFR sprinkler system and smoke vents as well as skylights being a source of natural daylight. Parking places for trucks and cars as well as truck courts for manoeuvring will be available on the premises.
