Panattoni Park Sosnowiec II Sosnowiec Distribution Centre

Panattoni Park Sosnowiec II will be located to the east of Sosnowiec, in the immediate vicinity of the S1 expressway, the Eastern Ring-Road of the Upper Silesian Industrial Region. The project will also have a very convenient connection to the interchange of national road 94 and the S1 expressway, part of Europe’s north-south route. This location enables easy access to all parts of the region and neighbouring urban areas.

The warehouse facility will comprise two buildings with a total area of approximately 68,000 sq m. The complex will provide ample car and truck parking spaces, and truck courts. The buildings have been designed to feature ESFR sprinkler systems, gas heating, skylights and smoke ventilation windows. The entire complex will be fenced and provided with round-the-clock security.
