Panattoni Park Zabrze II is another warehouse and production park in Upper Silesia. The investment was developed in Zabrze within the Katowice Special Economic Zone.

Panattoni Park Zabrze II on K. Goduli St. is certified in the BREEAM system at the „Very Good” level. The 44,000 sqm facility also got a new look. The warehouse has a new color scheme, glass-aluminum facades in the office part and more greenery. Within the park, the developer also offers flexible warehouse and office modules, spacious maneuvering areas, parking spaces, as well as numerous docks and „zero” gates.Upper Silesia is one of the largest logistics markets in Poland. It is not only the most populated (4.7 million inhabitants) and urbanised area in the country (380 inhabitants/km2), but also one of the largest industrial centers in Central and Eastern Europe.
