Promont Tychy

Promont Tychy is located in the Silesia Region, in the eastern, industrial part of Tychy. The complex is situated by national road 44, which ensures easy access to national road 86 and S1 expressway. An additional advantage of the park’s location is the proximity of the Katowice Special Economic Zone (Subzone Tychy). The logistics centre comprises of four buildings of total 70,000 square meters. High standard office units are available upon tenant’s request. The facilities can be adapted for different types of activities including cold storage needs of food logistics.
