Segro Industrial Park Tychy I is located in the industrial district of Tychy. The complex is situated within the Katowice Special Economic Zone (Subzone Tychy), close to national road 44 and S1 expressway, which ensures easy connection with other cities of the Silesian Agglomeration. The logistics park comprises of three A-class buildings of almost 56,000 square meters. Social and office units placed on mezzanine level or in a separate building are available upon tenant’s request.
