Silesian Logistics Centre is located in Sosnowiec, approximately 15 kilometres east of Katowice city centre. The complex is situated close to national road 79, near S1 expressway and only 4 kilometres from Brzęczkowice junction of A4 highway, which ensures good connection with other cities of the region.The logistics centre comprises of four buildings of total 46,500 square meters. High standard social and office units are available upon tenant’s request. ESFR sprinkler system, monitoring and 24-hour on-site security service ensure the safety of the facilities. What is more, the centre has its own TRAFO station, which ensures sufficient amount of electrical power. Parking places and truck courts for manoeuvring will be available on the premises.
