Logicor Mysłowice is located in Upper Silesia, in Mysłowice, about 15 kilometres from Katowice city centre. The complex is situated close to Brzęczkowice node linking S1 expressway with A4 highway, which ensures easy access to Katowice-Pyrzowice Airport (40 kilometres away). Such location guarantees efficient logistics operations in Poland and outside the country thanks to attractive transport connection with Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The logistics centre comprises of six A-class buildings of almost 170,000 square meters of space. The warehouse area offers tailor-made office units upon tenant’s request. The facilities can be adapted for different types of activities including storage of goods and light manufacturing. The buildings are equipped with fire protection system including ESFR sprinkler system and smoke vents, but also 24-hour on site security service. Parking places for trucks and cars as well as truck courts for manoeuvring are available on the premises.
